So, Levin Life Coach Academy was born out of my seeing a gap in the training and certification of life coaches.I had many coaches come to me for coaching, because even though they had been certified, they didn’t know how to get a client and they didn’t know what to do with a client once they got one. And they expressed that they wanted to be coaches like me.
So, I created LLCA out of that gap, knowing that in order to be a confident and successful coach, you need to be skilled and prepared. So we have an in depth training over the course of seven months, and it consists of five different modules that I’ll take you through in a few moments.
I also knew that I wanted to create a component that would support new coaches in stepping into owning, business owner. In order to be a successful coach, we also have to allow ourselves to embrace the entrepreneurial spirit. We want to make sure that we are making ourselves visible, that we are connecting with the clients who resonate with us the most and with whom we resonate. So, I wanted to incorporate an entire business in a box from scratch component, which we have.
So, let me take you through LLCA module-by-module. LLCA begins with Module One and this is Reinvention Coaching. So I created Reinvention Coaching as a foundational coaching model that will help you create profound transformation as you experience the exact coaching model that you will then share with your clients.
So I will be guiding you as a cohort through Reinvention Coaching. You’ll be able to identify your vision, move past your own limiting beliefs, own your worth, set boundaries, all the things that come into reinvention. And you will be able to be in the seat of the client, first.
Module One is dedicated to you doing your own healing work first before you help others heal. And Reinvention Coaching is predicated upon my Transformation Equation of Change = Vision + Choice + Action. So, Module One will automatically put you into your own action.
Coaching is all about moving from where you are right now to where you wanna be. And it’s really essential that as coaches, we do our own healing work, we do it before we help others and we continue to do it. The whole intent of module one is for you to have the experience of being coached. So you can really do a deep dive on your own personal transformation and your own personal reinvention.
And in Module One, you will be with me weekly for eight live full group sessions. In addition, you will have a mentor and your small group will meet with your mentor several times throughout the module.
In Module Two, we explore essential life coaching skills, and we’re going to do the deep dive into these skills. In order to be a catalyst for lasting change, it’s essential that you develop the core skills every successful life coach needs to understand.
So in this module, you’re going to learn proven methods and practical tools to master the art of listening, holding others accountable, choosing clients ready to be coached and how to suspend your own agenda so that you are coaching in service of where your clients want to go.
What’s super exciting about this particular module is we are going to have a live virtual weekend intensive, similar to what we would do if we were able to be together in person. We’re going to spend a weekend together on Zoom and you get to be in the comfort of your own home while we are all coming together to learn and practice essential life coaching skills.
And we’ll also have an additional full group session with me and a group session with your mentor. And this is really about learning the ethical guidelines and professional standards of coaching so you can master the art of coach presence and active listening and listening for what isn’t being said. So you’re going to discover how powerful questions will support your clients to access their own answers and you’re really going to be trained in how to hold clients accountable to the commitment they’re making to themselves for their own transformation.
Now, something I haven’t said so far, but you’ve likely gathered it, is that LLCA is happening in real time. Nothing is prerecorded. Nothing is repurposed. Nothing is prepackaged.
So you are getting your training live on video with me in real time. And you of course get the replays for all the live sessions. And if you’re able to show up with me live, you get me live. You also have, as I said, a mentor throughout the entire program, and you are grouped with a small group of students, no more than seven, to support one another through your training, which will really deepen your connection to your own transformation.

Nancy: In Module Three, you have the opportunity to begin practicing your coaching sessions. So you’re going to, at this point, be connecting the coaching scripts with the coaching skills. In your small mentor group, with no more than seven of you, you are going to have the opportunity inside of this container to coach a session to one of the other members as your client, with your mentor and the other students witnessing you. You’ll also be a client for one of your peers as they coach through a session. And you’re going to be able to learn not only how it feels to coach also how it feels to be coached, and you are going to offer feedback when you’re in the role of a witness. And you’re going to really be able to deeply practice and learn and understand how to deliver the scripts and guide a client to their own answers.
In Module Three, there are eight full group sessions with me where we’ll go through the scripts. We’ll unpack them in detail and then as I mentioned in your small mentor groups, you will practice delivering and receiving and giving feedback.
In Module Four, we move into the coaching practicum. And this is really when everything comes together. This is when you truly step into the role of coach and you are practicing your one-on-one coaching.
So you will be working with an in program practice client as well as you will be a practice client for another student in the program. So in other words, you will be coached by someone in the program and you will coach someone in the program one-on-one, just the two of you.
You will also have practice clients outside of the program as a requirement for certification, you need to take one outside, practice client through the entire Reinvention Coaching model. And you can have up to three practice clients if you choose. You’re going to begin using the Reinvention Coaching model with support from your mentor, support from me, support from one another, to boldly start to put your new skills to use.
And then Module Five is certification. So during this final module, you will attend a one on one certification session with an assessor to determine that you’re ready for the responsibility associated with being a certified Levin Life coach. And you will continue receiving support from your mentor, your peers, and me.These are the main modules of the program.
The next piece that is super exciting is that upon certification you are immediately enrolled into the 10-week LLCA Alumni Springboard. This is included in your tuition.
Over these 10 weeks, we’ll be guiding you on how to build your life coach business. One of the things I hear most often from existing coaches who come to coach with me or come to train with me is, “I got a certification and then I was sort of left to my own devices”.
I knew when I created Levin Life coach academy, I wanted to be sure that you are feeling prepared and skilled because feeling prepared and skilled helps you feel confident. I also knew I didn’t wanna leave you hanging, so I make sure you know how to get a client and what to do with clients once you get them.
In the post certification, Alumni Springboard, you’re going to learn everything to build your life coaching practice from scratch. How to add coaching into something else that you might be doing. You’re going to develop additional skills you can use.
If you’re bringing coaching to an existing career, you’re going to be able to identify your ideal client, your niche, your ideal community. You’re going to understand who you are as a coach, your mission, values. You’re going to develop your brand voice. You’re going to learn how to tell your story. You’re going to move past fears and doubts and limiting beliefs.
We are also going to support you with business basics, like legal templates, how to set up a bank account, website domain name, insurance. We are going to give you templates for a simple website, for social media, for book studies and also presentations.
And then at the end of our Springboard, you’ll be offered an opportunity to remain in our Alumni Advanced Training Program, AATP. And in our AATP you will be eligible for additional coaching certifications. I have four additional coaching models aside from Reinvention Coaching that you can be certified in as well as group coaching and some other goodies as well.
I also wanna let you know about a few bonuses for the program. Bonus number one is you are going to have biweekly office hour sessions with me. So, these are sessions that you can come to and ask anything you want support around.
