Our live sessions with Nancy take place on Wednesdays at 10am PT | 1pm ET for 90 minutes during each module:

• Module Three: Coaching Practicum I — Jan 21–Mar 18, 2026
• Module Four: Coaching Practicum II — Mar 25–May 27, 2026
• Module Five: Certification — May 28–Jun 10, 2026 (1:1 session scheduled individually)

If you can’t attend live, you’ll have full access to the replays. In fact, many LLCA students in past cohorts have completed the program successfully without ever attending these weekly sessions live—our structure and support ensure you won’t miss a thing. Attendance at your Small Group Mentor Sessions is required, and you’ll have the flexibility to choose the day and time that works best for your schedule.

Many of our alumni entered LLCA after having been certified by other coaching programs. They chose to go through LLCA for different reasons. Some did not feel they received adequate training because they didn’t know how to build their business or serve their clients fully. Others wanted to add more knowledge and skills to what they already learned. Many sought out the personal transformation and healing that is exclusive to LLCA.

The time commitment varies by module, but we’ve designed LLCA to fit into a busy life. You’ll have a clear weekly rhythm and plenty of support to keep you on track. In addition to live sessions with Nancy, you’ll also receive biweekly Office Hours and 5 private 1:1 coaching sessions with your Mentor spread across the program.

Here’s a breakdown of what to expect:

• Module One: Reinvention Coaching — approx. 3–5 hours/week
• Module Two: Essential Skills Intensive — 3-day live intensive + approx. 3–5 hours/week
• Module Three: Coaching Practicum I — approx. 6–8 hours/week
• Module Four: Coaching Practicum II — approx. 3–6 hours/week
• Module Five: Certification — approx. 5 hours total

No. LLCA is not affiliated with the International Coaching Federation (ICF)—and that’s intentional. Coaching is an unregulated industry with no governing body or required curriculum. While the ICF promotes itself as the standard, the truth is that their certification is optional, not required.

At Levin Life Coach Academy, we’ve built a program that goes beyond the ICF benchmarks. You’ll learn and embody the essential coaching skills—active listening, presence, powerful questioning, accountability, and guiding clients to their own breakthroughs. But we don’t stop there. LLCA gives you a proven, step-by-step process with scripts, tools, and real practicum experience so you graduate with both confidence and competence.
