Advanced Training Program:
Module 1: Worthy Coaching
September 17 - December 17, 2024
You’ll be coached through the Worthy Coaching model and discover how intimately connected your self-worth is to your net worth. Worthy Coaching is an incredibly powerful tool that will help you deepen your relationship with yourself and free you from seeking external validation and giving your power away.
Module 2: Worthy Coaching Practicum
January 7 - March 25, 2025
You will be required to complete a practicum as part of your Worthy Coaching certification. You’ll guide one LLCA peer coach through Worthy Coaching, and you’ll be a client for one of your LLCA peer coaches.
Certification: To become LLCA Certified in Worthy Coaching, you will be required to complete a written assessment to ensure that you understand the concepts and are prepared to coach clients in this model.
Module 3: Business Accelerator: Mindset Shifts and Taking Action
April 1 - May 20, 2025
We’ll continue to expand your business building toolbox by supporting you in making the mindset shifts to propel you into action. Topics we’ll be exploring include: Using Imposter Complex for Action; Overcoming Perfectionism, Procrastination and People-Pleasing; Owning Impact: Taking Greater Responsibility Over Your Mission and Purpose . . . and more!
Module 4: Group Coaching Daylong Intensive
Saturday, May 31, 2025
Group coaching is a way for you to maximize your reach and provide a more affordable way for clients to work with you. Learning how to coach in a group setting presents new challenges and opportunities that require specific training. You’ll learn group coaching skills, strategies for selling group coaching, and so much more.
Certification: To become LLCA Certified in Group Coaching, you will be required to complete a written assessment to ensure that you understand the differences between 1:1 coaching and group coaching, and are prepared to coach clients in a group setting.
Module 5: Boundary Coaching + Practicum
June 3 - August 26, 2025
Discover how setting and maintaining boundaries will support you to carefully choose and consciously curate the life you desire. Boundary Coaching will help even the most conflict-averse, people-pleasers learn to make themselves a priority.
During this Module you will experience being coached by Nancy plus you’ll be required to complete a practicum as part of your Boundary Coaching certification. The coaching and practicum are concurrent and you’ll guide one LLCA peer coach through Boundary Coaching, and you’ll be a client for one of your LLCA peer coaches.
Certifications: To become LLCA Certified in Boundary Coaching you will be required to complete a written assessment to ensure that you understand the concepts and are prepared to coach clients in this model.

FAQs
Will I get ongoing access to Nancy and the team throughout the Alumni Advanced Training Program?
Yes! Nancy will be personally guiding you through each module, and will be joined by Linda Perry for Business Accelerator and Group Coaching.
When will we meet?
All module sessions will be held live via Zoom on Tuesdays from 12-1:30 pm PT | 3-4:30 pm ET, unless otherwise indicated.
During Module 2: Worthy Coaching Practicum, in addition to the full group sessions, you will meet with your Peer Coach and Peer Client weekly, as well.
During Module 5: Boundary Coaching + Practicum, in addition to the full group sessions, you will meet with your Peer Coach and Peer Client weekly, as well.
Linda Perry will hold Business Office Hours on the first Monday of every month at 9 am PT | 12 pm ET, beginning October 7, 2024.
Is the commitment in the LLCA Alumni Advanced Training only one year?
Yes, the LLCA Alumni Advanced Training Program is a full one year commitment. We have designed this training program to provide you with the tools you need to advance your own personal, professional and business growth. Once completed, opportunities to continue with further trainings, learning and certifications will be offered on an á la carte basis inside the LLCA Alumni Community.
